The SEEDS program is an after-school program established in 2001 by Myra Krien. The program aims to assist young dancers through a journey of self-discovery, self-actualization, and prepares young women and men for independence through the vehicle of dance.


The program accepts 25 teens in the Santa Fe community for one academic year of after-school classes, 1 1/2 hours each, three times per week where they learn the elements of ATS®, journal, and participate in talking circles and sharing. Entrance to the program does not depend on demonstrated talent, standard beauty, or the ability to pay the fees the program would require.


At least 8$ of every sale will go towards these endeavors as we aim to give back to the community that has given so much to us all and to use our dance to inspire a new generation of dancer.

Sexy Hip Circles

Learn the signature hip circles of the greatest dancers in the history of our art: Samia Gamal, Nadia Gamal, Fifi Abdou, Sohair Zeiki, and others.


In this DVD Myra will breakdown 11 different hip circles, as well as provide instruction in anatomical technique, posture, support

exercises and stretching.

Today’s guest Myra will be joining in the bundle as a contributor, but she was actually involved last year too, as our donation partner!

We’re going for round two this year and donating at least 8 dollars from every sale of the bundle to SEEDS, a wonderful program that Myra’s going to tell you more about that supports young women through dance.

In addition to our talks on SEEDS we also do a little bit of deep dive on hip circles. How there are WAY more than you think, and how you can start to work to create your own signature circle.
