Hi I’m Michelle, I’m a Seattle based performer and a certified Feldenkrais® Awareness Through Movement® teacher. I work with movers and shakers to help them learn to function and thrive in the body they have now. I discovered the Feldenkrais Method® in 2016 when I was dealing with back pain. I found Feldi a more effective relief than anything else I had tried. Since then it has become my favorite way to cross train my dance because of how it helps me learn how to better move in my own body. I can’t wait to share this practice with you!
